SOA IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (“we,” “our,” or “us”) values your trust and is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the TurboCore Snip & Annotate Chrome Extension (“Extension”) handles data, how it is used, and the safeguards we apply.

This Extension is a companion product to the TurboCore platform. It is not intended for general public use and can only be used by individuals or organizations with an active TurboCore subscription.

1. Information We Collect

The Extension operates only when you initiate it. We do not monitor your browsing or collect information in the background. Specifically:

• Screenshots & Annotations (Website Content): When you capture part of a webpage, the cropped image and annotations (e.g. highlights, arrows, text, or blur) are temporarily stored in your browser to complete the export.

• Authentication Information: To securely upload content to TurboCore, we may store a short-lived login token and expiry linked to your TurboCore account.

• Preferences & Settings: Lightweight settings (e.g. annotation color, tool size) may be stored.

We do not collect names, emails, passwords, payment details, health information, location data, or personal communications.

2. How We Use Information

Your data is used strictly to provide the Extension’s functionality as part of your TurboCore subscription:

• To display and annotate screenshots locally in the browser.

• To let you choose between:

  • Direct Upload — securely send snips and annotations to TurboCore servers (hosted on Google Cloud Platform).

  • Download — save the snip locally for manual upload into TurboCore.

• To authenticate uploads using your TurboCore account credentials (via token).

• To remember your tool preferences.

We do not use your data for advertising or resale.

3. Retention

• Screenshots and annotations are temporary and cleared after upload, after download, or overwritten on the next capture.

• Login tokens expire automatically and are refreshed only through TurboCore authentication.

• Preferences remain until reset or uninstall.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

• Data is used only in connection with your TurboCore subscription.

• We may share data only with service providers necessary to operate TurboCore (e.g. cloud hosting providers).

• We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights.

5. Security

• Uploads are encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2+.

• Data stored on TurboCore servers is encrypted at rest.

• Access is restricted to authorized personnel under strict controls.

6. Your Choices

• Use of this Extension requires a valid TurboCore subscription.

• You have the option to either upload your captured content directly to TurboCore application or download it to your local device for manual upload at your discretion.

• You may clear all local preferences or uninstall the Extension at any time.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Extension is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product or regulatory changes. Material updates will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date above.
